Excellence in Performance Seminar

The Excellence in Performance Seminar addresses key elements of being a successful and high-performing supervisor and manager in a PRW. Past sessions focused on the customer service expectations of a well known food processor and another session addresses the distinctions of a manager versus a leader, just to name a few.

Leading this year’s seminar, radio personality and author Bryan Dodge will present “Taking Ownership of Leadership in Your Own Life.” This life-altering presentation will elevate leadership skills to new heights, by showing students what truly motivates people, how to find (and keep) good team members, and how to help others succeed. Students will walk away with tools to help them take ownership of their own professional development and also how to be better leaders. This year's seminar will be held on Sunday, 31 January at 9:45 am.

Senior Executive Panel

The Senior Executive Panel Discussion will be a great opportunity for students to hear from industry leadership about their experiences in becoming leaders. They will learn what it takes to reach those heights.
