When do classes start and end?
Classes begin on Sunday, 31 January 2010 at 9:00 am
EST and end on
Wednesday, 3
February 2010 at 11:00 am
EST.
What happened to the package deal from
2009 that included program registration, hotel room, and meals?
To simplify the registration process we have separated the program
registration from hotel reservations. You will need to book your room(s)
separately. Visit the
Hotel Reservations page for details. Room
reservations still include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, internet,
parking, and use of the fitness center and Indoor Pool. Single Occupancy is
$289 + Tax and Double Occupancy is $220 + Tax.
Is there a registration deadline?
There is no registration deadline. Please note, though, that there is no
guarantee that you will be able to reserve a room at the Georgia Tech
conference center. We have a limited number of rooms so late registrants run
the risk of having to stay offsite, which can be inconvenient. There are a
number of hotels nearby. Please call our offices at +1 703 373 4300 for
details.
You can also register at anytime and simply
cancel later if something comes up. There is a $50 cancellation fee, though.
Is there a group discount?
Companies registering 12 or more participants will receive
5% off the entire registration. Companies registering 25 or more will
receive 10% off. Contact
headquarters to obtain your discount code.
