We seek a Warehouse Manager for our Worthington, MN warehouse. Our Warehouse Manager reports directly to the company president and has full operational responsibility for a busy 2 – shift facility. Areas of responsibility include: Operations – plan and schedule all warehouse, layout, traffic and distribution services. Safety, equipment, housekeeping and inventory management. Customer Service – client contact point person for specific product handling needs. Also works closely with sales representatives in developing existing and new client relationships.
Staff Management – hire, discipline and scheduling of plant supervisors/personnel. Reporting – budget, inventory, staff, projection, OSHA and other compliance and management required reports.
