Meals
The Institute meal fee
includes lunch and dinner on Sunday and Monday, lunch on Tuesday,
and morning and afternoon snack breaks each day. Check to see if
your hotel provides breakfast.
Attendance
Institute participants are required to attend
the
Excellence in Performance Seminar and all sessions for their
year group. Participants who miss classes may not receive
CEUs or the third year award plaque.
Auditing
Most participants are required to attend Institute classes in
sequence for three years, although those years need not be in
succession. WFLO awards a framed certificate to those who
successfully complete the third year. Participants from
overseas, graduates of the
Institute, and non-warehouse members have the option of registering to audit, which allows them
to pick classes from any of the three years. Participants who wish to complete the full curriculum
should register as Year I.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled prior to 3 weeks before the
event begins will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. After
this date, the cancellation charge will be $150. There is no charge for
substitutions. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. |
